Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) has approved submission of Assignments via email for June 2020 session exams. IGNOU Regional Services Division on Monday released circular notice with the approval of administrator , for submission of IGNOU Assignments Online via Regional Centre's email. Students are directed to submit IGNOU Assignments in scanned copies to RC's email before end date.
Earlier IGNOU extended the last date for submission of Assignments to 30 April 2020 thanks to lockdown and taking precautions for social distancing. Students are going to be allowed to send their Assignments in pdf format to Regional Centre via email IDs of respective Regional centres. Instructions to send assignment through email are listed.
IGNOU Assignment 2020- for various programmes are available on the web site of IGNOU. Students can check the Assignment for 2019-20 from this page. The Assignments are equally important as theory and practical exam. The Assignments carry some question to which the candidate has got to answer with the acceptable answers. the scholars should write their own answer to the assignment question. IGNOU Assignment carries marks for to every question. The assignment should be written in good handwriting, and within the prescribed form. The assignment should be submitted within the prescribed date. If a student fails to submit the assignment then he/she are going to be considered as fail. Note- For each course their assignment responses should be scanned in one single pdf file. Means of there are 8 questions there should not be 8 different pdf files. These should be scanned in one single pdf file for easy download to RC end.
