Define and differentiate between Sex chromosomal abnormality and Specific chromosomal abnormality

Sex chromosomal abnormalities occur when there is an error in the number or structure of the sex chromosomes (X and Y). These abnormalities typically affect sexual development and can result in differences in reproductive function and physical characteristics.
