changed. But in IGNOU now students don’t need to face any problem to get their
name or address changed in final Degree, Grade cards or Certificate. IGNOU has
brought a special procedure for students to change their details in final
certificates after paying a minimal fees. Even if you have taken your degree 20
years back but still you can get your name and details changed. Just follow

If there is a minor mistake in name, father’s name or other
details from University than students don’t need to pay any fees. But if they
want to change name, surname or above mentioned details than they need to pay

Download
the Application Form and take a Print out from the link given below.

2.
Fill
the Application Form as prescribed from blue or black ball point pen.
3.
If
Fees is applicable (as per chart mentioned above) to be paid through Demand
Draft (DD) in favour of ÏGNOU” & payable at New Delhi.
4.
The
Duly filled application form with requisite fees and Documents needs to be sent
to Registrar, SED, IGNOU Maidan Garhi, New Delhi 110068
