IGNOU June Term End Exam 2020 Postponed : The Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) on Monday decided to postpone the June 2020 Term End Examinations. The exam was scheduled from June 1. during a handout issued on Monday, the University’s Chief PR officer (CPRO in-charge) Rajesh Sharma informed that the choice has been taken in sight of the coronavirus outbreak within the country.


According to the handout , IGNOU VC Prof. Nageshwar Rao informed that the new revised dates for the June term end exams are going to be decided later taking cognisance of things , and therefore the students are going to be informed a minimum of 15 days beforehand . The VC further informed that the dates of submission of assignments, exam form submission, and re-admission have already been extended by the university up to 31st May 2020.
Assuring the scholars who need to submit project reports as a part of the evaluation process in some subjects, Prof Rao informed that project submission process has also been made online that guidelines are going to be issued by the University separately. In respect of the programmes requiring fieldwork and collection of primary data, exploration and analysis of secondary research data would be allowed in lieu of field work, added Prof Nageshwar Rao.


Prof Rao also will be addressing students on Tuesday at 10 am (5th May 2020) through Facebook Live Session on IGNOU’s Official Facebook page (@OfficialPageIGNOU).

IGNOU has been using the social media and its wide network channels consisting of FM Radio & TV channels, Gyan Vani and Gyan Darshan to supply support services to the scholars . The University also has been conducting online classes using video-conferencing platforms aside from Self Learning Material in printed and digital forms, multimedia material also as offering online certificate courses to learners through SWAYAM portal of MHRD.


The university has also decided to simply accept scanned copies of handwritten assignments through email in sight of the lockdown enforced within the country to fight Covid -19 pandemic. The university has done this to form submission of assignment easier for college kids .

IGNOU Exam Form Status June 2020

IGNOU Exam Form Status 2020 –IGNOU has released the IGNOU Online Term End Exam Form at the official website, ignou.ac.in. Students can apply for TEE Exam 2020 through the link provided on this page. The examination forms also are available at the study centre and therefore the regional centres of IGNOU. The candidate who has submitted the assignment can fill the IGNOU Exam Form. Students are advised that their license number is valid and that they are eligible to submit the appliance form. The payment of examination fee is to be done online via mastercard / open-end credit / Net Banking. Before submitting the appliance form the candidate must read the rules and instruction. Indira Gandhi National Open University releases the term end exam date sheet online at the official website. The date sheet is formed available within the pdf format. Students can check IGNOU Date Sheet to understand the exam date, day and subject code. IGNOU releases the date sheet a month before the commencement of the exam.

IGNOU Hall Ticket for Term End Exam

IGNOU will upload the Hall Ticket for the term end exam on the official website 7 to eight day before the TEE. The candidate has got to take the print out of the hall ticket and report back to the exam centre along side the ID card issued by the regional centre/university. If the candidate doesn't have the card , then s/he must catch on issued from the university / regional centre. No candidate shall be entertained within the exam centre without hall ticket and admit card.
